The society aims to provide RAF High Wycombe Service and Ex Service personnel, both Service and Civilian and their spouses, with a unique golfing experience that is affordable, challenging and enjoyable.
There's something for everyone whether you are a novice starting out on your golfing journey of discovery, a seasoned mid handicapper with an aspiration to do a little better this year or, a low handicap golfer who is seeking respite from competitive representative golf.
There are eleven monthly subsidised society events and the Station Championships (July). These are broken down into six 18 hole events (Oct - Mar) and six 36 hole events (Apr - Sep). Traditionally, the season opener in Apr, which is normally referred to as "The Spring Meeting", the Station Championships and the seasons last major event in Sep, normally referred to as "The Autumn Meeting", all culminate in an meal afterwards.
The society also organises a variety of subsidised coaching events for personnel who are currently members of the RAF Golf Association (RAFGA).
